"liberal idiots".
I am not a "liberal" by any stretch (I'm conservative anarchist like Nock and Tolkien thanks for asking) but I can see the conservatives idiots coming up with the same number of reasons to ban the as the "other side" which in the end is merely two sides pretending to be against each other while American sheeple continue to get fooled and elect the same bankster puppets over and over again (and then stupidly wonder why the country is falling apart if they are even capable of thinking about anything).

Nova Fox wrote:For all you non americans there are 5 political flavors to be found and a mix of each.
1 Extreme Conservatives - These mostly made up americans are the imagination of most liberals as people who would like to keep things like they where in 1800s. Liberals often label them as Rascist bigots and rich money bags and just more recently labeled them as domestic terrorists.
2 Conservatives - People who generally dont like idea of suffering at the expense of less deserving people. Would rather make everyone work for what they earn. They also know that mankind will never learn its 'lesson' and always prepare for the time it fails its lesson in a very horrible manner, also recently labeled as domestic terrorist.
3 IDGFs - Or independents that lost all faith in the government. Doesnt belive in its policies and definetly cant rely on it to solve thier own problems.
4 Liberals - People who belive mankind needs to learn its lesson and has a chance that could do so and belive in equality however knowing that not everyone is onboard for this they force this idea onto others via taxes and programs.
5 Extreme Liberals - People who belive in what liberals do to the point that they weave this intricate fantasy of world peace thats unshatterable up and beyond the point of getting killed by the very people that cannot share thier vision.
And according to last breakdown from a liberal college in california. 10% in catagory 5 10% in catagory 4.5-4 20% in catagory 2 15% in catagory 1.5-2 5% in catagory 1 and 40% in IDGFs
In reality, most americans unless previewed as total idiots do not sterotypically fall entirely in any of the catagories. Expect most to be a mix between 2-4 leaning to any of the three catagories between.
To note MSNBC is a catagory 5 channel and should not be taken seriously Fox is 1-3 be careful they like to jump the gun on this channel. CNN is 3-2 they at least do some homework. ABC is oddly 3-2 they used to be 2 solely is probably the most american news channel there is. AP is very much a 3 and it should be high on the consideration list. BBC is a mixed bag depending on the topics. Sadder still to get more american news (as in different stories) out of BBC news than all the other american channels.
What would you say of "Russia Today" news or "RT" as it's called? Just curious where it fits in your chart - and it's not bad BTW.

My theory is that this game nods to that scene from Soilent Green where the old dude is in that big room looking at nice videos and hearing that nice music while he dies.
You got good graphics, nice space music - and you get ganked to it.

American Liberals don't liberate and have not done so since 1776.
American conservatives have yet to actually conserve anything except government.
Tomorrow is Bill of Rights Day - and today they are going to sign into law (codify - they are are already doing it) the ability to use the Army in the US to detain people without charges, legal representation, or a trial, for an indefnate period. All it takes is a decree from the executive branch - no evidence required.
This whole argument may well be moot. We are arguing about the political system of a dead nation. |

The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it. His position is laughable. The U.S. government is not conspiring to take your rights. Please read the bill for yourselves. The bill doesn't give anyone any new power, and does not say that the president can do this in any new circumstances. T he whole thing begins with active duty military personnel who are already under this condition, and then it adds new restrictions on how they use it, with things like the classification of combatant vs civilian.
Are you aware that Lincoln invoked those powers and followup cases in the Supreme Court show down the precedents his actions set?
Can you detail rebellion or invasion going on now?
I know, people who like to slob the state knob like yourself will probably say that OWS is a rebellion.
Tell me how banksters getting away with fraud while the Federal Reserve prints money and devalues the currency to bail out the banks is not already a rebellion against the supreme laws of the land.
Tell me how and why the administration first threatened to veto the NDAA and why - do a little research first skippy or you will be called out for being wrong.
I know a lot of people who already know what Article 1, Section 8, L15 is, and ready to carry it out too.
Rebellion and invasion? That already happened. But I expect that you will think the present regime is perfectly legit because stupid people like yourself wanted it.
The Germans wanted "it" in 1933. They got it. The Russians wanted "it" in 1917. They got it.
But I don't want or deserve what you want. All i want is freedom, through respect for the laws that protect life, liberty, and property. And that's for everybody.
Now I will wait for you to pretend that nothing will be abused and that everything is fine. A lot of Jews died expecting only a group shower too. Unless you are one of the elites of their super gophers, you probably don't have the memo or the special "get out of police state free card" either. You are just as ****** as the rest of us.

Yeah... it was invoked when there was TOTAL WAR on our own soil... and only against our enemies. That's a precedent for following the constitution to the letter and not abusing anything about it. That's exactly how this country is supposed to work. If you don't like it, it's not hard to leave. Herzog Wolfhammer wrote: Can you detail rebellion or invasion going on now?
Can you detail a president invoking the power now? Question makes no sense. This bill does not invoke anything, it defines what our 'enemies' are, how money is moved, how we prepare for if it were invoked, etc. Read it and calm down. You do know this bill goes through ANNUALLY right? We've been passing these since before you were born, it's been available without these bills through the constitution since before your father was a hopeful sperm, and you've lived your life without seeing habeas corpus suspended on all of america and our citizens being thrown in jail for nothing by faceless soldiers or whatever undefined horror story you think looms over you today.
"our" enemies? "We've"?
Hello? Were you there?
You write like a statist too.
Here's something to help you out .

VKhaun Vex wrote:Herzog Wolfhammer wrote:"our" enemies? "We've"? Hello? Were you there? You write like a statist too. Here's something to help you out . You're not making sense. You posted statements about precedents, abuse, and implication, that I have shown are WRONG. You think word games and an article about fascism make you correct now? Apply whatever labels you want. You're still wrong about the implications of this bill, and you're still unable to admit it or argue another step forward.
I don't have to convince some statist on the internet who thinks in terms of "we" and "our" when referring to the government. You can go on being a statist, and I will continue to do what I have been doing, and basically, instilling in others the same sense of history that I share here AND then teaching them how to use guns.
That's right, I train people how not to go quietly. These are lawful people who just want to be left alone and have no intention of using force on anybody to get their way.
And will do so until dead. One way or the other.
If I am wrong, no problem. I have a good time, and as long as the rule of law and human rights are respected, nobody gets hurt.
If I am right, you get to say things like "We are losing to those rebels who want liberty!!!1!". "Our drone forces aren't taking out as many families as our military said it could!" and "WE kept those FEMA camps empty so we could go on in the internet and say 'see, there's no martial law", but our plan didn't work".
I wish I was wrong. But you know, having spent a life wondering why Jews didn't get the heck out of Germany before 1938 the latest, and then seeing how blind and stupid people can be to an encroaching and violent state now, it's apparent why, and it seems like they had a lot of people like yourself around telling everybody there's nothing new, and everything's OK.
Whatever the case, no matter how much "our" and "we" you use to apologize for the government, I get my cues not from the likes of you but from people who got their opinions firsthand and wrote about it.
So let's make a deal. You keep misinforming and dissipating, and I will keep informing and training and if I am wrong and wasting my time, I will buy you a case of beer. We'll know eventually who was right.

Another cute rant Herzog, but misinformation has a much simpler definition than fascist or statist. All you do is drop fire and forget propaganda you can't back up for an instant, and no one is fooled by hyperbole comparisons that don't fit, when you can't argue reality.
I am not really going to argue with you but I thank you for the opportunity to use it as a chance to inform others.
A chance to post stuff like this....
